Dr. Dottie Normile is Associate Director of Scientific Affairs for Merck Animal Health’s US Companion Animal business. A member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, Dr. Normile is a past member of the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association Hospital Accreditation Committee. She holds active licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, as well as USDA accreditation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

She and her husband enjoy participating in canine sporting events with their three Wire-Haired Pointing Griffons. Her fourth dog, a tiny Yorkie, also attends as an enthusiastic spectator.
Chief Medical Officer at Vetstreet, Inc., where Dr. Normile was responsible for advising the management team on current medical issues, leading the medical direction of the business and fostering professional partnerships with universities, key opinion leaders, and industry partners.
More than 25 years of veterinary clinical and practice management experience in small animal, avian, and exotic medicine. Several years in general practice as clinician and practice owner in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Experienced in veterinary professional and consumer content publishing in both print and online journals.
