Equine Strong
When I was 10 years old, my dad purchased a 4-year-old, green broke Arabian gelding from a local auction and that horse changed my life. I subsequently bred, trained, and competed two of his siblings to national championships in sport horse carriage driving. After college at West Virginia University, I worked for the Marion duPont Scott Equine Medical Center in Leesburg, Va., and earned a veterinary technology degree. In 2018, I accepted a position as the first equine nurse at the Equine Veterinary Medical Center in Doha, Qatar.

Teamwork
I joined the Merck Animal Health Equine Team in 2022 and feel very lucky to be part of such a diverse and talented group of people. The one thing I want my customers to know is that I’m here as a trusted resource to help them navigate challenges and provide the best care for their patients.

“Being unconditional means I always have the animal’s best interest in mind; that I’m true to myself, my morals and my ethics; that no matter the personal differences, I treat my colleagues and customers with respect and strive to make a positive impact on those around me.”
